Enlightening from the midst of our existence.

As we deepen and simplify our practice,
we are relieved of social, psychological, identity-related elements,
We open to the oneness of genuine spiritual life.

Conversely, as we stir surface concepts and gradually make our practice more complicated,
we are weighing it down with social, psychological and identity-related material,
And move further away from any genuine spiritual life.
