I make less and less difference between meditation and prayer.
Meditation, for many, is a way of claiming to be a more « spiritual » practice than prayer.
However, this is not the case: there is a form of superficial meditation, very commonplace, covered with a thousand exotic names, which is held only in a pool of verbiage and gesticulations of circumstances.
How, then, would it differ from the prayers announced by surface believers?
Some even call themselves masters, roshis, or whatever and have been practicing for ages.
