Meeting at the Center (1/2)
The practice opens the trapdoors on the pots of the ego, it educates the sense of smell in the disciple.
The practice, when it settles or when its fulgurance pierces through the daily crusts, invites us to descend towards the energy center of trust, of sharing.
From this center, there can be no attachment to this or that sequence of events, therefore, no apprehension, anxiety nor disappointment.
This is the sense of the center towards which the practice ‘meets’.
This is why practice makes us deeply happy.
That’s why we just sit.
This simplicity is the way to reach the center.
It is also the end toward which the Center radiates.
