Believe !

The verb ‘believe’ does not stand the imperative form.
Therefore, the statement: “Believe!”, is not valid.

There are two situations, however, where such an injunction to believe can be effective:

-The first, on the strictly imperative side, is accompanied by a threat… »Believe! Or else… »

From then on, the belief, necessarily superficial, will aim to protect the person who claims it against the claimed danger.
When not reflective of poor spiritual content, this has to do with emergency or desperate situations.

-The second, the enlightened side, comes from within and is often preceded by a “Now….” “Now…Believe..”

Something has changed. There is no one from the outside to impose the belief on us, it imposes itself.

The intimate experience of the practitioner urges him to believe. At this point, he can no longer disbelieve.

In the case of the education of a child, the family belief places its framework on the young soul, then transforms into endogenous belief.
The believer is thus reborn to his own belief.

Other times, the opposite happens: a child touched by the grace of a deep belief: whatever cultural background he has, sees it dwindle and then disappear in his adult years, while society will have sanded the fabric of his soul to the very last grain of grace.
