« As above, so below » is a common enough idea in some occult type thought, I believe.
« All is consciousness » is a formulation I generally prefer.

I agree there is no difference in such statements, at least in the way I understand them.
« as above, so below » is a much more elegant way to phrase it….Thanks.
I was not aware of this and merely translated the French : « ce qui est en haut est comme ce qui est en bas »…Which sounds heavy in English.
