Before anything, sit down

The practice of silent sitting allows us to realize the cognitive, psychological dimension of suffering.
Cognitive, as a local, physiological process,
Psychological, as stagnant energy.

The posture opens up to a global listening of the bodies,
It opens the doors to the observation of stagnation, movement or fixation.

There can be no spiritual breakthrough without this awareness of the psychological, cognitive dimension of suffering. This is a preliminary step to the major questions and departure from these logics of confinement:

If suffering is here, if suffering is that, how do we get through it?
What is beyond this suffering?
How can we reintegrate this process of suffering into the whole body?
What fuels this suffering?
Where does the fuel allowing these movements of suffering come from?
How do we open the walls, listen, tear down the walls within which these energies of suffering swirl?

Before anything, sit down.
