Silent sitting,
entering the divine cave and sitting there,
sitting from another place.
sitting from another place is not zazen, .
The divine cave is the holy place.
The cave of consciousness,
that of the 9 years of Bodhidharma
is also allegorical.
In the cave of consciousness
the encounter with God,
Call it what you want.
Yet that is the practice-realization.
Practice from the place of realization.

I take this to mean « the place of awareness » as in, where w become, consciously, the observer, of self, and of all of the environment of consciousness. Which is everything.
