Prayer speaks to your heart.
It calls to it.
In it, it is at home.
Can you hand it over to greater than yourself?
Lay it at the feet of that which can carry everything
that will not be crushed by the weights of the world on its chest
So great is it,
Large, powerful, loving,
You alone cannot dissolve this weight,
You must enter into that which can,
that which can, that which already does it.
Look deeply, and see:
your weight is not.

I cannot comment on the accuracy of this, but I heard, the other day, that « Namaste » means, « I bow to the God in you. » Somehow, the idea seems related to this post.
