The Beating Heart of Existence

It is not easy to refrain from drawing the parallel.
What makes this attempt difficult is that the emphasis on the parallel is guided by a surge of joy,

Let’s see, then.

On the one hand, the teachings relating to the memory of water,
on the other hand, the Eucharist:

In memory of me”, means, with in mind, my Spirit,
With the Spirit in oneself, thus the offerings will be “sanctified”.
This truly heals.

The wine and the bread have water as their core material.
the water is the beating heart of both wine and bread,
without water, no wine, nor bread,
we bathe this life in Spirit.

We let it soak up the divine,

In the joy of sacred sharing, the same one that does not decrease as we divide it,
even if we are alone, we’re sharing with the world,
In our hands,

in the same way as before zazen, by striking the wood, we summon the entire universe to join us.
…we ingest it and put into action the harmony between the Spirit of Christ and ours,
then we extend it to the world.

Imbue with God
Bathed in Spirit, making each gesture a “memory” of Christ,
This is the teaching of consciousness.

And beyond the practice of bread and wine, our journey through the world,
Alone or in a group, family, professional,
Each word, each step,
Becomes Eucharist, thanksgiving
And the whole existence is a celebration.
