As long as the traumatized person hasn’t reconnected the traumatic parts of their story,
As long as they haven’t reconnected with the traumatic parts, by revisiting them, by reclaiming the parts of their life that were cut out,
they are doomed to oscillate between the part of themselves that seeks healing, struggles to overcome the trauma, through denial, burying it, or through cobbled-together self-narration,
and the other part that screams and exposes it.
The other part that, by screaming, exposes its suffering to the world.
Over time, the amplitude increases, the overcompensation becomes caricatured
and the heartbreaks become more and more violent. Perhaps this is what is needed for the trauma to burst forth before the traumatized person so that they can, through consciousness, bring the breath of life back into the dead arm of their inner network…

So true unresolved trauma can completely envelop your mind

Such things are only healed when exposed to the air, so to speak. Let the traumatised scream. They need to do so.

Thanks Simon…For some reason, several comments were kept unshown on the phone app, so I had not been able to « approve » them until just now.
I’ll read them whenever possible
thanks again for your interest

what an opportunity to practice compassion and patience for the people around….
once the ears and hearts of those have stopped bleeding.

Doing so whilst they bleed is the greater challenge.

And being able to do so,
A blessing.
