Canned Spirituality

Religion is to spirituality what processed food is to healthy, natural nutrition.
Many practitioners use the religious interface for spiritual purposes.

This acts as a ready-to-use, consumable spirituality. Just as there are must-have brands for couscous and cassoulet, religions can industrialized concepts that consumers can enjoy directly on their plates.

At most, they will reheat the contents and season with a few personal additions.
Religions write and provide the manna falsely adapted through restaurant chains to local needs.

At most, the believer will only have to choose the menu and opt for a gourmet coffee.

What independence of mind, what strength of character is required to question previous spirituality, practice outside of the menu, outside of restaurants, inner nourishment, without canned goods and prepared meals.

Unless, on an individual and/or collective level, we have reached a point where the indigestible and harmful nature of prepared religions can no longer be denied.
This search for anteriority, for spiritual nourishment in its natural state, has then become a matter of survival.

And the total, final engulfment by the religious industry will occur in those for whom authentic spiritual aspiration appears inaccessible, inaudible, and repressed for too long to be revived.
