Too Late.

Your body is the tool for practice.
Practice while your body can.
Walk, sit.

One day your knees, your pelvis, your back, your shoulders, and your neck
will make your practice opportunities more scattered and difficult.

Don’t let today’s mental agitation spoil your practice time.
Don’t put off practicing.

The day will come, and it will come, when it will be too late for practice.
