On the Other Side of the Self

Belief in a self is the obstacle to compassion, emptiness,
selflessness and allows compassion, emptiness begets compassion,
compassion allows the realization of emptiness,

Shiki soku ze ku
ku soku ze shiki

From all eternity, the Father begets the Son,
No one knows the Father except the Son,

Emptiness begets compassion
Compassion opens the way to emptiness.

God is space, God is great, God is ever-greater,
Ever-greater space is emptiness.
