Zazen in the Tent

The tent is my body,
rain from the trees on the tarpaulin of my skin,
It drips on the membrane of my eardrums.
The birds sing, perched on my ribs.
The dog beside me barks from the neighboring streets.
And the breath of my heart beats to fill the sails
