All egotistical speech (Packaging words that aim at telling oneself) is a sound of heaviness, density and stagnation.
It carries and expresses an energy that runs counter to liberation.
It weighs down the balloon of awakening a little more each time.
This is a very concrete experience, and for those whose awareness is sufficiently sharp,
it can be observed in the body.
In a split second,
heaviness in the chest,
sediments, sediments,
