The fabric of our selves
We have several sets of self images that we deem necessary or unproductive in specific contexts.
It’s the process of identification with –or moving away from– these images of ourselves that constitutes the main drive for our everyday actions.
I have no idea whether it makes the world go round but it makes it go… wherever it’s going.
These representations are mere projections, based on partial and incomplete data: they’re unreal.
And the fabric of all our fictional selves interwoven together constitutes the common daily fog, distorting the light, preventing it from revealing life as it is.
