These manuals supposedly contain the combination to unlock it.
For centuries and more, believers have gathered in front of the place to listen to people holding these manuals and teaching the science of codes.
There is only one safe, but several possible combinations, each respecting the technical features and requirements of this complex device.
A lonely experimenter with an empirical approach has no interest for codes, algorithms or combinations.
Yet, he may enter the safe room, place a hand on the mechanisms and open it.
The door not less open, for all that.
And this person has not broken into the room nor has he cracked the safe
