One of the most relieving manifestations of joy occurs when we get out of a complicated behavioural or psychological pattern we let ourselves be trapped into, and suddenly start enjoying the state of simplicity we had known before.
Our real face is a face of simplicity.
Our real face, ‘ before the birth of our parents’ is empty of any notion.
This journey home to simplicity is linked to joy.
I can’t say whether this joy comes from simplicity or simplicity is a consequence of pure joy : those two names are the two alternating sides of a unique inner experience.
