A Mind At Rest

Living without mind-grasping,
Without conceptualizing,
Without trying obsessively,
in a state of emergency
To bring the diver to the surface
To catch an ever-elusive breath
An ever-elusive hold on reality.

Living without trying to compulsively
insert our experience in an ideological consistency,

Living with a mind at rest.
Concepts are a reaction to fear.
Letting all go is the action of faith.
