In my eyes, as soon as compassion starts showing the first sign of ostentation, it is off-track…
And stops being a path I want to follow.
That is the reason why I am so wary of all the talks on compassion.
Those speeches can never go without an ostentatious component.
Compassion, however subtle and remote, is active and direct.
When compassion takes the form of reported speech,
Seek silence.
