Zazen allows you to finally look at the trauma
Sitting Zazen : seeing the trauma at last.
When sitting has become stable
And all winds have spread silence,
Zazen has unveiled the trauma
Our own and others’.
The space I dwell is a new place
Where awakening and trauma meet.
For that space, awakening is trauma
And trauma, awakening,
Their dance reveals one, then the other ,
Opens one to the other,
Reflects one and the other.
