I was simply taking notes of a first-degree event which occured to me as I was once sitting Zazen.
My kids started to do what kids do : noise and chaos in the background,
which I perceived as an « opponent » on the zazen quest, all this escalated to the point I was a split second away from standing up and forgetting any intention to practice.
Then, without warning, they all stopped and went away.
One more occasion to realise how immature my approach to sitting can sometimes be.
One more occasion to laugh at myself.
