One might think that non-attachment inhibits decision-making.
Indeed, in the mind of the disciple then, none of the possible outcomes is privileged,
and nothing ever comes up as a decision reached.
The timeline being what it is, it necessarily calls for the actualization of one scenario or another.
So how do you decide A over B, if there is no attachment to either path?
Let chaos happen, life is life.
Elements fit together and scenarios take shape.
Do not stick to this or that outcome, do not ponder over such elements trying to thing them through.
Do not pin life to the ground as you unfold the maps of future destinations.
Let yourself then choose the current that run before your eyes in the most fluid manner.
At some point, let go of the rock of calculations.

Merci à tous…
The anarchist in me rather likes this. But a thought intrudes…
How can a disciple be unattached? Is there something of a contradiction here?
Maybe this is why I decided reject the idea of discipleship? Or, maybe, that was just me being anarchic.
