Some people believe that getting old is something they have allowed to happen to them and therefore adopt a position of opposition.
They fight back, tighten border controls and defend their positions gathering all the conditions for a maximized suffering.

Well, ageing is related to lifestyle. You get old no matter what you do, but if you sit around, eat, drink, smoke and gripe too much, it tends to happen worse and faster.
