The mind sutra still runs behind the upcoming sitting session, pursues the hectic world outside formal practice,
The world outside formal practice laughs at those years spent for nothing.
The years for nothing ignore the one who opens his ears, and can hear the sutra coming out of his mouth
A little too quickly.

What is true? What the mind finds inexpressible?
Maybe, though, perhaps, that is not the issue.
The outer world has nothing to offer the non- participant, except derision. Not seeing the three fingers pointing back when the derisive finger is raised.
