What is Zazen ?
Zazen is the last bastion of honesty in my life.
Even if I ignore it,
If I lose myself in the voluntary infatuation of my passions,
In social shows,
In anxious constraints,
Even if I forget it, abandon it, turn away from it,
Zazen remains the last bastion of honesty.
Always ready to welcome me, to offer me a refuge.
I wonder if this linguistic artifice,
Is not like what creates the God we are talking about.
God is Zazen put into words.
Zazen is God’s quietness
