Through this sitting practice, the practitioner leans to the left, to the right,
Layers, thereby, begin to fall down to the ground,
On both sides, he lets go of endless concerns of the pre-sitting world.
Through the movements of his trunk, torso, shoulders, he sows the seeds of worry and prolonged questioning in the trenches of practice.
During the time of sitting, the seeds sink into the soil of consciousness.
They may grow in unexpected forms and the next time they pass by,
The sower will be amazed at what they have become.
