Observe ‘being done’, do not do.
The application of techniques is to meditation what the recitation of prayers is to silent praying.
At best, an unskilled resort, an attempt at channeling raw energy.
Otherwise, a practical stagnation upstream of a non practice.

When one practices to the point that the practice requires no effort, no conscious action. More difficult than it sounds. Effort to reach the effortless – something of a puzzle at first sight.

Aspiration is easy. Achievement is the issue.

Without inspiration, there can be no achievement,
even though something resembling achievement would present itself on a sparkling golden tray,
the lack of inspiration would forbid the encounter (inner actualisation).

So one aspires to inspiration, or is inspired to aspiration?
That is not a serious question. I’m just wandering down a wordplay rabbit hole.
Either way, I always find myself wondering whenever the word is mentioned…
What on earth is « inspiration »?
