Hello Astro,
I guess, if I remember correctly,
That is was one of those notes to myself, which could apply to others.
Here, a possible framework could be a situation of frustration experienced while practicing meditation in a noisy and poorly equipped place, and blaming this ‘context’ …whereas a wiser practitioner should know better about how such outer parameters are strictly disconnected from the realities of a deeper experience.
It could also refer to something totally different, but that’s all I can come up with at the moment.

I think you’ve given it an explanation that is as good as any I can think up. This is certainly one of your more gnomic utterances, so to speak (and taking note of, well, »context »…)!
I suppose those able to « look within » are undisturbed by what is without.
