Praying is an experience
Above all, essentially, a physical experience.
Can we consider that physical existence is an occasion for a quintessence of the prayer experience ?
Pray, take a God shower, enter the nourishing bath of the divine,
Prayer is the plunge into the silent womb,
Nutrients penetrate the skin wall

Well, anything experienced physically is a physical experience.
Prayer strikes me as being a form of meditation.

and do it struck me.
Out of ignorance (and arrogance….) I tended to view prayer, at best, as a downgraded form of meditation, something for beginners unable to cope with full silence.
and then I tried prayer in real life
and realized how stupid I had been.
Such a common pattern in my life….
