Social networks and related technological tools are flotation buoys to which we are chained. They prevent us from diving deeper and make our practice efforts ever more difficult.
Archimedes : the more I pull the buoy towards the bottom of the ocean, the more vigorously it brings me back to the surface.
Thus, these tools space out our practices, dilute them over time, then simply erase them.
Social networks and technological tools distance the depths of consciousness from our eyes and turn us into superficial beings.
