To be “born again” as Jesus said, “in spirit and in truth, in breath and in vigilance / attention,
Pneuma and Aletheia.
To live by the breath, with mindfulness as a guide, is to be born again,
Born again is leaving the second womb,
Letting go of the second skin, after the first hatching, break the second shell,
(John 4, 24)
To be born again is to truly exist,
Through consciousness, give birth to yourself.

Well, it’s better than the standard evangelical interpretation.
Though, I wonder if « in truth » bears the idea of « really » or « in in reality »…

We mentioned this somewhere else…
Aletheia, which I like to translate as through attention/vigilance…
A translation which you did not confirmed.
Still, I like it.. even though it does not fall within the range of acceptable understanding..
