Crisis spirituality,
Deep spirituality…
What would be a spirituality that could not be actualized in difficult times?
What would we do with a spirituality that does not resist the first clashes of partitions as the train begins to derail?
A non-functional spirituality in a zone of turbulence is simply not one.
It would only be ceremonial gesticulations, an enterprise of self-satisfaction, of nauseating circular seduction, of oneself towards oneself, an activity of pleasure and salon verbiage.
Deep spirituality reveals one’s heart in times of crisis,
The real world crash-test explodes into a thousand pieces practices that don’t hold up.
This actualization of crisis pierces our fundamental spirituality,
By sweating, it reveals its true nature. What’s left when everything has melted down ?
He who has exhausted himself in arabesques and simulations,
collapses here,
As humility softly appears.

Such spirituality is always available. The issue is the courage to let go of distractions in order to dive into that spirit, I think.

Sometimes, distractions cam take the form of religion (?)
(Mind content we interact with labelled as such…)

Religion is constructed specifically to distract, as I see it.
