Chest Held Hostage

Fear sometimes takes the chest hostage.
This can last for months, years.
Through breathing gently, through progressive letting go, we can free the chest, as we free a hostage by making him leave the place where he was kept locked up.
Hostage taking is always brutal. It petrifies and allows control to be taken.
The state of stupefaction is the vigilance of the hostage taker, the one who we must coax, whose mechanisms we must defuse to once again allow the circulation of stagnant energies in the chest territory.
