Surface expression is abounding here.
In those who indulge in manners and affected ways, there is a form of ignorance or too shallow a knowledge of the depths of consciousness.
Realizing that we are/ have been that person, is already leaving this superficial layer where we got lost.
This internal movement is similar to that of remorse, when it is genuine, imbued with consciousness, the being that we were when the act was carried out is already no more.
