Well dressed yet so far

It is vital for the practitioner to pass, at one point, to look at prayer and the movements it expresses with an eye of non-duality.
Thus, prayer becomes a continuous actualization of the living in oneself.
This, otherwise, is mere mumbling reflecting, and participating to, our distancing from the Source.
