Two Consciousnesses On The Edge Of The Night

From the depths of the night, I see a part of consciousness that pertains to the body.
Calling to sleep, it is the one who guides biological movements, the « soul » of our body.

Another part of consciousness does not follow this downward movement towards the regenerative layers.
From the beginning of the falling asleep process, where the two consciousnesses seem to move apart, I can observe it.

One sinks,
the other remains,

One accompanies the body,
the other is observing.

I belong to these two consciousnesses, in different ways.

    1. The ‘I’ you are asking belongs to them.
The ‘I’ that’s investigating for an answer, through realizing its belonging to them knows that it transcends belonging.
      It is them.
      They, eventually, belong to me.

      1. I’m suspicious towards non dualism
..or, more precisely, people who claim to represent this spiritual approach.

I know there is a distinction that people make between non dualism and monism.
Bit o don’t really understand it.
        Nor do I really care.

      2. My leaning highly depends on whom considers it.
Also, On the moment …I’m not fooled anymore by the belief in a consistent personality and associated set of beliefs.

      3. Again, I’m fogged by the French ‘consistence’ unrelated to coherence, but meaning density. (?)
