At the heart of silent sitting,
the practice does not exist,
where sitting is still,
the heart of the practice does not express itself.
In simple sitting,
there is no practice of sitting,in the heart of the sitting,
no Zen,
no zendo, no zafu,
no disciple, no master
no religion, no spirituality.
However the heart of awakening is there
with all the masters and all the disciples.
