I hold no specific grudge. I simply do not find it works for me, any more than standing or walking. The point, to me, is the silence.
Hence, I find the concentration on posture puzzling.
In the end, whatever works for you.

I expected you to make your point by underlining an identification to the sitting posture, therefore pointing to a necessity to let go of such an attachment to move further along the spiritual path.
In which case, I would have agreed.
