The Little Thing To Do

Social networks and other digital activities make us operate on the modality of the “little thing to do” in which, a few seconds before doing it, we are already projecting ourselves.

This is not compatible with the spirit of the practice. One must destroy the other.

Realizing that this modality is at work and manifesting itself again is the sign that a previous practice still sufficiently covers us with its grace.
