A thread to be reconnected,
A link to be woven again.
It is wrong, illusory to say that there is no relationship with God
In Zen, in meditation,
The relationship with God is prior to practice.
Zen clears the undergrowth.
Sitting clears the clutter.
Zazen frees the threads of the heart, which then join the thread of the divine.
Zazen is listening and responding.
The contemplation of the threads, of the sameness in nature, which call to each other and join together on both sides.
Notes & Silence 
If one believes there is a God, barring those who construct doctrines of their own exclusive righteousness, does it not follow that one must accept there is always a relationship with deity, admitted or otherwise?
