Knowing what one is not
is only seemingly negative.
In reality, it’s about knowing that one is not ‘that’,
that what one thinks
is not one’s true nature,
At best, like a distant emotion
at worst, swirling chaos.

« Negative » and « positive » are merely points of view.
One may positively know what one is not. And therein lies a clue to what is.
