Frustration Teaches

The experience of frustration is always an expression of the mind’s projection and its attachment to what it projects as an alternative reality to what things were (nostalgia) or should be (judgment, egocentric reinterpretation), in order to avoid questioning reality.
Consciously reflecting on this experience of frustration is an act of wisdom.
