What is to be remembered
before the presence of God,
as a necessary corollary, ground for such a presence is freedom.
Our great freedom,
not different from God’s real freedom,
not different from our presence to the moment,
not different from our presence to our inner nature,
not different from the presence of God.
Tell me where god is not, and maybe that is the place without freedom.

Maybe. It’s not an equation. God is love does not, necessarily, mean love is God.
Not that I regard the New Testament – or any so-called scripture – as more than a piece of literature for consideration.

More to the point, an immanent deity cannot be excluded from any place or thing.
Which makes most sense in terms of an overarching consciousness.

Overarching is remote. God is as remote and as close as can be.

Terminology. How does one speak of an ultimate consciousness without making it sound transcendent and remote, when we are, rather, all part or it, and it of us?
