The only possible action we may have whatever the situation, is not the mulling over past regrets or frustrations, nor the calculations of anticipation. None of those are real anyway, they’re mere productions of an extremely subjective interpretation of what is, was or will be…. and there can never be a way to grasp at what is coming, let alone what already happened.
Presence is what we can really do.
An ever-flexible presence to what keeps being. If we stick on it the poster of what we think has been or will be, the opportunity for presence is for ever gone.
