Harada, in The Essence of Zen (p74) sketches a fascinating equivalence :
Present = Now = Nyoze (suchness) = Ku (emptiness)= Mu (nothingness) = Do (way) = Ho (dharma)
Can we consider the infinite network of implications of these equals signs in our daily lives and practices ?
We were familiar with the common representation of the Dharma as suchness, isness,
Are we spacious enough to equal it to emptiness and nothingness ?
Are we adventurous enough to explore these realms of consciousness ?
