Before any other consideration, as fascinating and dizzying as it may be, the absence of essence, of self, of external objects and self, emphasized by Buddhism is, in the first degree, an invitation to interiority.
By revealing the uselessness of attaching the slightest importance to the objects of our 6 senses, Buddhism points directly to the sphere of investigation: Consciousness.
No longer the object, nor the subject, but the channel itself.
