A mantra rather than a narrative? More than a set of instructions?
Your use of « grimoire » is interesting. An occult text. A one word mantra, more powerful than, say, the Goetia…?

I’m not sure of this word…I used ‘grimoire’ thinking it meant the same as in French : a collection of ancient teachings of wisdom.
I’ve researched your reference : it’s a scary thing to do for a Sunday morning

I did wonder if you meant what you appeared to have said. In English, « grimoire » generally refers to occult texts, often of so-called ceremonial magic. If there is another usage, I have not seen it.
