How long has it been since you last passed the crust of the mind ?
How long have you been splashing noisily in your pools of confinement?
You revel in it without admitting it and spin, frantically within your walls, searching for the liberating loophole.
For this type of prisoner, the jail is perfectly suited.
Stop feeding the energy at the hearth of the race,
See the strange, morbid pleasure you take in it,
This energy and this pleasure are the bricks of the mind jail.
When you indulge in it, you reinforce your confinement;
when you stop, the brick walls turn to sand.
How long have you been agitated like this ?
Have you forgotten the beyond ?

As I have quoted previously: « It is better to be than to do, » [Isaac Ewan]
The prison walls are built of actions, for the confines of our self-imposed mental limits are no less an action of mind than hammering a nail into wood is an action of the body.

Therefore being is the real name of non-doing (?)

There seem to be to possible alternatives to « doing »:
1. Be
2. Cease to be.
