Concrete.
‘Be concrete’, they said
And I laughed so hard it hurt.
How gullible we must be…to believe only in what we see?
They said:-‘Who on earth do you think you are?’
Let us rephrase: ‘On Earth, who do you think you are?’
And explain:’Who we think we are is way underestimated.’
Now is a good time to measure up to our Nature
Now is the time to show, to be there,
Now is a good time to start listening…
The first of all protections, the one we activate automatically within ourselves consists in refraining from realizing how deeply sensitive we are to anything which surrounds us.
Out of habit, out of fake convenience, we unconsciously deny the strength of our inner reactions.
The gap between our inner tides and its outer expressions will bring about the full range of officially inexplicable behaviors and troubles.
But our lying to ourselves is a slow-paced learning process, stemming from the observation of others’ reactions…little by little, layer after layer, it becomes a second skin.
It gets thicker and thicker.
But…What game are we playing ? We have been playing for such a long time that we totally forgot we were actually playing this ‘protection’ game, that we have been miming this isolating process all along.
Nevertheless, the volcano is rumbling, and waves of love try to dissolve the rocks… and then are flowing back at us, hurting some more.
Nature has become the exception,
Reinforced concrete is ruling
Outside, inside.
But Nature never dies,
It might nibble, devour and digest
the concrete walls around.
But the child is still whispering,
Loudly.
Only the deepest Silence of all,
Will make us hear his plea.
Shema Shema.
